Choose your path
Four ways to work with Life Insight. Wherever you start, the foundation is the same: insight, reflection, growth and meaningful change.
Personal Insight
For people who want to understand themselves, their life or their direction more deeply. You might be navigating a change, feeling you've lost touch with yourself, or simply asking, "What do I want for myself now?" You don't need to arrive with a problem or have anything worked out.
What we explore- Life transitions, change and new stages of life
- Identity, self-worth and confidence
- Boundaries, relationships, connection and belonging
- Purpose, direction and inner conflict
- Patterns, perspective and personal growth
How it works. Individual sessions of around 60 minutes, online or in person. Some people come once for clarity, and others return over time. Small-group sessions are also available.
Personal Insight doesn't replace psychological, medical or other specialist care. If that's what would serve you best, I'll say so honestly and help you find the right support.

Professional Practice
Supervision for Positive Behaviour Support practitioners, support coordinators, team leaders, managers and others working in disability, community and human services, whether you're building confidence early in your career or an experienced practitioner wanting independent space to think.
What supervision covers- Professional supervision and reflective practice
- Complex case consultation, Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS consultation
- Ethical decision-making, boundaries and competing responsibilities
- Report writing, documentation and capability building
- Leadership reflection, difficult conversations and practitioner wellbeing
How it works. Individual or small-group sessions of around 60 minutes, online across Australia or in person by arrangement. Frequency suits your role, whether fortnightly, monthly or as needed. Where appropriate, supervision can be structured around the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
Supervision here isn't only about cases. It's about the person behind the professional role.
I'll always be clear about what sits within my scope and what I can and can't formally sign off on.
Community & Organisational Growth
For community organisations, disability and human services, NDIS providers, not-for-profits and teams of any size. Some organisations reach out during change, conflict or a leadership transition. Others simply want to invest in their people, with attention to the energy it takes to do the work.
What we work on- Leadership and team development
- Culture, wellbeing and psychological safety
- Communication, relationships and human behaviour at work
- Navigating conflict and change
- Reflective practice and strengths-based learning
How it works. Tailored to your organisation, from a single workshop or facilitated team reflection to a program over time. Delivered in your workplace, off-site or online. The aim is to grow your team's collective bandwidth: its capacity to communicate, reflect and adapt together.

Learning & Development
For conferences, services, teams and organisations who want learning people actually take something away from. Sessions are interactive, reflective and practical, so people leave with a new question or perspective to carry back into their work.
Topics include- Human behaviour and Positive Behaviour Support
- Reflective and ethical practice, and professional boundaries
- Communication, self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- Leadership, workplace culture and navigating change
- Self-worth, inner conflict and life transitions
Formats. Keynotes and conference presentations, workshops, half-day and full-day training, and multi-session programs. In person or online, across Australia and internationally.
